[comp.sys.sgi] 2D or 3D plotting program

rnelson@eecs.wsu.edu (Roger Nelson - Grad Student) (03/10/91)

--------

Other than gnuplot, does there exist a simple PD 2D or 3D graph plotting
program for SGI (4D/60) machines.

All we need is 2D or 3D X-Y color line graphs for the graphics console
and/or tektronix graphics terminals.

Thanks,

You might try gnuplot. ftp from prep.mit.edu or some other gnusite. There
is a 3D version of gnuplot from cs.utah.edu (which is a patch to gnuplot
v 2.02 so you need to find both). Trivia question - why didn't
graph/plot/spline make it into System V?
