[] Well, its like this. Phil Lemmons, Editor in Chief at Byte magazine said they are planning an index, originally scheduled for the January issue, they were unable to get it together in time and are therefore going with it in the Febuary issue. Unfortunately for us the index is on some weird disk format and is truly machine readable at this time. I am pursuing the possibility of getting some sort of file that could be massaged into a dBase or generic DB format. So if you can wait until then, then Feb is the date. I will keep anyone who is interested up to date on these things. Now, is anyone interested in computerizing the 3 year index from a couple of years ago? I would be willing to type in some of it, if only to make it more readable. -- -- Chuck - - - D I S C L A I M E R - - - {ihnp4,fortune}!dual\ All opinions expressed herein are my {proper,idi}-> !intelca!cem own and not those of my employer, my {ucbvax,hao}!hplabs/ friends, or my avocado plant. :-} ARPAnet : "hplabs!intelca!cem"@Berkeley
