Hi - I have been trying to configure syslogd using a forwarding control: === kern.debug |/usr/adm/klogpp /usr/adm/SYSLOG mail.debug @celeste *.debug;kern.none;mail.none /usr/adm/SYSLOG *.crit /dev/console === (the mail.debug line) I've tried the short name, and the FQDN as well. The bottom line is it doesn't seem to work. I've run syslogd with the "-d" debugging option, and I get the error (alot of them): === readfds = 0x38 select returned -1 Interrupted system call === I seem to remember that this subject was discussed some time ago, but I cannot remember the resolution. Have I done this correctly? / Does forwarding in syslogd work? Thanks. - Scott Presnell -- Scott Presnell +1 (415) 476-9890 Pharm.
