[comp.sys.sgi] Need include file shadow.h to compile X app under SYSV

I am trying to compile an X windows application from comp.sources.X on an SGI
IRIS 4D machine.  I get an error about a missing file "shadow.h", which is
apparently a System V Rel. 4 redefintion of BSD functions.  Someone want to 
mail me one?
