Thanks many people, who giving me the response. I will contact these companies. Thanks again!! -------------------------------------------------------------------- We're using a 4D/20, not a 35, but this information might be useful anyway. We've connected an external VME box to our 4D/20 using a board called A32/D32 VME-VME Adaptor with DMA controller model 413 from Bit3 Computer Corporation 8120 Penn Avenue South Minneapolis, Minnesota 55431-1393 (612) 881-6955 Telex 4997016:BITTHRE FAX (612) 881-9674 This is actually much more than a VME extension, but the VME extender we tried previously caused all kinds of bus problems (and kernel panics!) This isn't an official endorsement of the product, but it has proven effective and reliable for us. Hope this helps. Try this company Performance Technologies Inc. 435 West Commercial Street East Rochester, NY 14445 Tel: (716) 586-6727 If you are interested, I believe the latest issue of BYTE (or Dr. Dobb' Journal, or it may be something else ?) magazine has the bus conversion info. and companies. I can look it up for you but it would have to be tomorrow. I left it at home. -- Tri-logic in Wilmington, Massachusetts does VME add-on work for the PI series.
