I was wondering if anyone out there knows of a good database kernel that can access its files via C commands. I've been checking out the Geometry Partners directory but was wondering if anyone has worked with a good one offhand. A pretty user interface is not necessary since all calls to the database shall be made through a C software package under development. Any help would be useful.
