Gads, I just got here and I've already "gaffed"!! :-(
After some further investigation into the Proteon Ethernet ECO, I
have found that it's really not necessary for me to have everyone
jumping through hoops to get boards with this ECO. Instead, only
people who are seeing their gateway crash with bus related problems
such as: BUS ERROR, BAD MULTIBUS INTERRUPT, etc.
For those of you are wondering, you can identify whether or not
the ECO is installed by looking at U47, pin 2. If it has two wires
attached, then the ECO has been installed and all my rambling is
nothing more than a "moot" point.
I hope this clears up the point and alleviates some apprehension.
