Proteon is pleased to announce the formation of a new mailing list for customers to report problems, bugs, etc. on all Proteon equipment. It is customer-service@proteon.com and is available to any and all customers on the internet who wish to partake (no charge of course). In addition, a second list has been created in order to provide quick access to the Customer Service management team for customers who have problems they feel have not been resolved, require special attention, or escalation. This list will provide access to the Training Manager, Technical Support Manager, Logistics Manager, Field Operations Manager, as well as the Director of Customer Support. If possible, please be kind enough to give the customer-service list a chance before escalating problems to the management. bug-cgw will be around for a while, but is being phased out. Mail sent to this list will be forwarded into the customer-service list until the bug-cgw list is phased out later this year. If you have any questions/comments, please feel free to forward them to the customer-service list. We look forward to providing you with superior service and actively solicit your input on what you think of these new mailing lists and what other improvements could be made. Michael A.
