I have written a LispUsers package ADD-SEDIT-COMMANDS which describes how to add key-chord bound commands to SEdit. It also includes some useful auxiliary functions, and 2 different example command functions. The files are in [SUMEX-AIM.Stanford.Edu]<LISPUSERS.LYRIC>ADD-SEDIT-COMMANDS. (and .DFASL and .TEDIT) (you will need the source file to see the example functions). This HAS been submitted to Xerox for the 'official' LispUsers release (Dec 87?) so if you can't FTP and are willing to wait a bit, you should be able to get it from Xerox.
