In the user-contributed sources that come with 4.3BSD there is
some XNS software which supports UNIX access to Xerox NS file
servers. Is there similar software available for supporting
SYSINs via XNS from a UNIX host to an 11xx? If anyone has
had any success in supporting SYSINs from UNIX I would very
much like to hear from them. As a last resort, even some
documentation on what SYSTEM TOOLS is doing when NSF is the
selected option might provide enough information to facilitate
a hack of the UNIX XNS code to allow the file transfer to proceed.
Any hints greatly appreciated.
