[comp.sys.xerox] Idle BiClock is a Crock

ANS1@gec-m.rutherford.ac.UK (ANSA Project) (12/02/87)

Under Lyric, if you have Biclock running and ALSO choose bouncing
BiClock as your Idle display, then on retrun from Idle you find
that your original BiClock has died. Doing a redisplay on the
dead BiClock is quite interesting too!

David,

Sorry to hear there are problems with BiClock. I am a bit surprised
that there exists a Lyric version. I, did NOT, make that conversion.
But, I guess, most of it works, without any changes.

I will check it out. Some more details would be appreciated:

When you say that it died, does that mean that the "BICLOCKPROCESS"
also is dead? Can you find it in the PSW? If not, what happens if you
left (or middle) button the BiClock window? If the process exists,
what happens if you "WAKE" it?
