We've just installed koto loops (proper) onto our 1108's and 1186's (all of them are still running koto 2.0 as of now) and we're beginning to experience P6 errors [host interface overrrun error] on our 4045 laser printer. [BTW, P6 error is the display error code flash up on the 4045's LED]. Doing HARDCOPYW on a browser window always gives us a P6 error [this is a known bug I heard - due to the fact that loops has its own hardcopyw function]. Printing text files sometimes also give us this P6 error. I've talked with the hardware support people and they said that it is likely to do with the system software and mostly caused by the host. We use a 1108 as the print server and all workstations' printout goes through this 1108 to the 4045. Does anyone experience similiar problem ? We didn't have this sort of problem before - I mean prior to upgrading our koto loops from beta to the full release. Any pointers/advice will be much appreciated.
