Does anyone know the quickest route to get the Lisp Patch for the 8000 fileservers (so that the connection timeout can be lengthened and I won't see "fileserver: filing not responding" anymore) ? Xerox gave me this (214)-420-0599 number for software support for the 8000 fileservers and just trying to get to these people is becoming close to impossible.
