Xerox's net connection to the rest of the world is down, as are the phone lines to Envos, so if you're expecting any support from AISupport it's gonna be *real* hard to reach anyone. Your best bet for now is probably this list, if you don't get an answer let me know and I'll save up the questions until we can get through. This is obviously not Official, but hey, it's something. How are you folks at Stanford and anyone else in that region doing? ...arun

Most of the damage was in the cities - San Francisco, Oakland, Santa Cruz. Stanford cancelled classes today and has some damage. In general things on the penisula are OK. I've talked to envos on the phone and didn't have any trouble getting through - but in general the phone lines are very busy and it can be hard to get through. I don't know details but we didn't have any damage here - just a lot of shaking! ...Joyce Musselman SCT - in Palo Alto
