I have an old Alto lying around doing nothing. Like most of the Altos, the disk drives have died. The machine worked last year when I tried it, but now the drives really are dead. I'd like to hang onto the machine, but it would be nice if it could at least display something. Can the Alto (not connected to a net) do anything without a drive?
