SOFTWARE MAXIMS
1. On a clear disk, you can seek forever.
2. Compatible programs aren't.
3. The undetected bug will manifest itself at the most inappropriate time.
4. Profanity is the one language all programmers know best.
5. If it weren't for the last minute, no job would ever be completed.
6. After a file has been deleted from the disk the backup copy immediately
becomes unreadable.
