Short Description:
Program CTABLE aids the user in configuring your word processor
to access new downloadable fonts for HP Laser Jet printers. Program
CTABLE reads a downloadable font file and generates both a character
width table and a font selection escape sequence. The output of
program CTABLE is suitable for direct inclusion in a XyWrite, PC-Write
or MS Word printer definition files. Full documentation is included in
the ARC file. The documentation also contains a list of 3 commercial
sources for Font Generation Software that is capable of producing fonts
to your specifications.
I am interested in configuring CTABLE to support other word
processors but am dependent on potential users to provide me with the
technical information on the printer definition file format required
by your favorite word processor.
