[comp.sys.zenith.z100] Disk Prices, more

RDYSART@SIMTEL20.ARPA (Dick Dysart STEWS-TELG 6125) (02/26/88)

A fellow worker here just handed me a flyer from
MEI/Micro Center, 1100 Steelwood Road, Columbus, OH 43212-9972,
	1-800-634-3478 with 5.25 DS/DD disk for 0.25 each in lots of 200,
or 0.27 each in lots of 100.

He claims these disks are good! Can anyone beat the price??

Yes, the disks are good. The only problem that we've had with them is that
sometimes they get two media inside one envelope. Since the index holes will
rarely line up, you get a floppy that effectively doesn't have an index hole,
which will fail to format. The disks are guaranteed, but at $.25 each, why
bother to return them?

I've heard of quad density, but quad-sided? Thanks for brightneing
an otherwise normal day.
