Important advice.  Where do you get a Programmers Utilities Package ?

My diskcopy defaults the output volume to 320K and therefor won't copy
a 360K disk.  Perhaps I need to borrow a DISKCOPY from another version
of MS-DOS ?  If it runs is it safe to do that ?
