Just spoke to Bill Howard at Celerity. They claim to be obtaining 30 whetstone mips on scale processor and 50 mflops on linpack. With production cycle time of 25ns/processor machine seems likely to be very fast. They also claim that they hare ahead of production schedule. Rumor has it that they are about to conclude a deal with Motorola for the party support, the fact that they haven't leads me to speculate they want to keep maintanence for themselves or their buyer. The are trying to make a deal with one of the Japanese combines to buy them out. What is to come of this I am not sure. Evidently they must still be advertizing though because I just got three pretty new glossies from them. -mike
