Our service with FPS has been excellent. Since FPS took over Celerity service we have had two boards swapped on different occasions, and each time the field service engineer was at our site the day after we called. The engineers at the local San Diego office have always been very helpful to us. No problems with people returning our calls, they were always returned within the hour. As far as updates, I was told that some of the new software for the FPS 500 would be ported to the 1200 series eventually. I would really like to get the Sun Netdisk software available, so we could boot our suns right off the Celerity. Arul -- San Diego State University Math Sciences Dept.
