[comp.os.xinu] Licencing of XINU?

   I've been considering using some of the XINU code in one of our
products, and I need to find out what restrictions there are on its use.
Is there some kind of licencing agreement necessary, or will a copyright
header be sufficient?

Has anyone else used XINU code in a commercial product?  What sort of
disclamer (if any) did you use?
