Hi, We're expanding our Mac Lab to include enough machines to teach our OS courses on them, so we're evaluating software to use. Since we already use the generic XINU textbooks, transitioning to MacXINU would be natural. However, the software development environment on the machines is already pretty fixed as MPW and/or THINK C. Has anyone ported MacXINU to these compilers? And while I'm asking, the MacXINU binary I got from Prentice- Hall crashes the Mac when run under Multifinder. Is it known how much it would take to make MacXINU multifinder-friendly? Especially since MacOS release 7.0 will be multifinder-only... - George McKee Software Coordinator College of Computer Science Northeastern University 360 Huntington Avenue Boston, MA 02115 USA Internet: mckee@Corwin.CCS.Northeastern.EDU Phone: (617) 437-5204 uucp: ...purdue!iuvax!corwin!mckee (don't ask why)
