An MS-DOS version of XINU, called PC-XINU, is available. I have a copy myself, and I'm very impressed with it. I purchased it directly from the publisher of Dr. Comer's book. The name of the publisher has escaped me at the moment, so check the book. The price was ~$99. Unfortunately, a couple of days after I mailed my cheque, I found a computer book store in town which sold PC-XINU. So it pays to look around locally before you go to the publisher. Or, if you were really desperate, type the code in directly from the book. This is one way to appreciate how small XINU really is! Happy hacking.

I bought PC-XINU a while back and the version I have (sorry can't remember the version no.) is not compatible with Turbo C 2.0. You can get a compatible version from Purdue U. -- Pat Hertel Canadian Meteorological Centre Analyst/Programmer Environment Canada phertel@cmc.aes.doe.ca "Nobody loves me but my mother and she could be jiving too" - B.B.
