Is the PRO really dead. The user group is called dec.micro but I don't see any mention of the DEC Pro Series. Have they been forgotten? I teach in a college in Alberta. We have several of these. All they're being used for is to run that stupid starter kit. I've set one up to run the Toolkit and I don't mind it. Is there anyone out there who is in the same boat? I'd be interested in hearing from those people. Franco

I have a DEC Professional/350 for home use. I am running Venix on it and am quite happy with the software. It seems sluggish compared with the Zenith 286 I have for MS-DOS work, but it still has its uses. I have used PO/S, but prefer Venix. I have ported FORTH, and Kermit over to it as well as a few games written in C. If you have a spare 380 upgrade kit laying around I would love to try it!
