I have recently seen a flurry of 'Where can I find....?' messages posted to net.sources instead of (or in addition to) net.wanted. I was under the impression that net.sources was where sources that answered needs in net.wanted were posted, not where the requests were sent. Am I in error here, or are the people posting? I don't want to start needlessly flaming to people about this, but since I archive net.sources to tape in case I change my mind and want something later I would prefer to not have to pick those things out manually unless I have to...

net.wanted is indeed for queries of that sort. net.sources is ONLY for posting of sources (including docs, manuals, etc.) It is NOT for queries, discussions about what has been posted or the like.
