[comp.sys.dec.micro] Connecting LQP02 to Rainbow

I would like to connect a recently acquired LQP02 printer to my
Rainbow.  Of course, the printer did not come with a manual.  Does
anyone have cabling and dip switch setting information to connect
these two devices ?
