Question1: What software wuns under Code Blue?

The following info is from Lynn Jarrett's Micro News Article in DIGITAL REVIEW
July 13,1987

Verified on a rainbow with 256KB of memory:
dBase II, FileMate, Norton Utilities, PC-Calc, PC-Disk, SuperZap, XTREE, ZP/EM.

Programs that have been tested to run with 768KB are:
DSBACKUP, RBASE:500, Multimate, SmartKey, and WordPerfect.

Question2:Is there a Tektronix 4010 or VT125 emulator available?
I have an add for such a product and I'am trying to locate it. ( I think I
tossed it a couple of days ago by accident)
Thi price was pretty stiff $395 if I remember correctly.

Question3: Is MS-DOS 3.1 worth the money? What do I get that's really
useful, beyond removing the 8 Mb partition restriction on 2.11?

The following info is from Lynn Jarrett's Micro News Article in DIGITAL REVIEW
June 29th, 1987

Version 3.1 adds FDISK(to use larger disks) APPEND, JOIN, ASSIGN, and LABEL
commands.
See "Whats new in MS-DOS version 3.10" in DIGITAL REVIEW Oct 13, 1986 ( I can't
find it)

I hope this information is helpful.
