As a test, I used the distribution I sent out earlier to try to reconstruct JOBSDUMP. Results: if I UUdecode the file on the VAX, I get error messages on running VMSSWEEP, the VAX .ARC utility; however, using UUdecode on my Rainbow followed by PKXARC, everything unpacks just fine. Although the problem could rest with VMSSWEEP, my advice is to download the .UUE file and decode it locally on your Rainbow just before unpacking.
