There have been a few questions in the past few days as to the largest message that you can post. For what it is worth, the program called VMS_SHARE splits up program distribuitions into chuncks that are about 30K or so. This sounds like a good size restriction to follow in the future. I too would like to see the postings continue at about one per week. That shouldn't be too much trafic for small sights. Also, it would be nice if someone could post archive sights and indicate the method of retrieval (UUCP, anonymous FTP, BITNET, etc). How does this sound?
