Hello all!
A while ago I asked about formatting a 40 MB ST-251 to be used
with MS-DOS 3.10. The problem was that the FDISK of 3.10 refused
to do anything to the drive which had been formatted with WUTIL
under DOS 2.11.
Now, I haven't contacted Suitable Solutions because of this minor
misunderstanding between my disk and the FDISK program (I hoped
someone would tell me what to do...no one did :-( ). And yet,
yesterday there was a nice, flat package in my stack of mail,
from S.S., containing an update to DOS 3.10 with improved FDISK
and documentation telling what to do when using WUTIL. All this
without asking and completely _free_of_charge_!
This is what I call REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you, Suitable
