Does anyone out there have or know someone that has an old Digital workstation called a Minc or a Minc/Declab23? We have a Minc which is a dual floppy (RX02) based system used primarily for data acquisition. DEC used to sell the Minc as a Minc/Declab23 system which had 2 RL02 drives. We've acquired a pair of functioning RL02's and an RLV11 controller and would like to use them to run the system. The problem is the operating system we're running, Minc Basic, that came with the RX02 system does not have the necessary drivers to use the RL02's. I've been able to get the system to address the hard drives by using some drivers (DL.SYS) that came with the RT-11 operating system that was purchased at the same time, but never used. As it stands now, we can boot from the RX02's and run from the RL02's, however, when any Minc basic command is needed, it reverts to the floppy. If anyone has or can lead me to a version of the Minc Basic that was shipped with the Minc/Declab23 system, I'd appreciate it. Any suggestions and or comments would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
