OK. Here's a question for all the Rainbow/Code Blue users out there: Is anyone using Brief (successfully) under Code Blue? Brief is an incredible editor. Probably the best I've ever used. So, since I use it one of my jobs, I thought I'd get it for my Rainbow in my "other" job. Well, I installed it on my system without a hitch. I can do just about everything I normally do when I use a PC. Except for two things: I can't display more than 25 lines, and I can't type more than a single long line of text or quick-cursor around the file. I can live with the first item. I can't live with CB reporting "Run-time error R6003 - Integer divide by 0"!! This is totally unacceptable. So, what am I doing wrong? I've never encountered this problem elsewhere using CB. I can autorepeat a key with no problem. If I try typing in a normal fashion, boom! If I try to Cntrl-Page Up or Cntrl-Arrow around, boom! Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions? I've tried various configurations, command line switches, different start-ups of Code Blue, and I've even run memory diagnostics. Nothing. Nada. For note, the system is: a 100+ with a 33MB drive, V20 chip/EPROMs, 8087, and 896K. I tried CB/Brief on a bare bones 100B and it crapped out there also so I didn't strip my system down to test it. If you can help me out, e-mail or phone to the address or number below. Thanks in advance, Alan -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Mail: Alan I.
