[comp.sys.dec.micro] getting rid of echo and a chron prg

        I've been trying to patch MS-DOS 3.1 to disable echo on batch files
w/o any luck. Anybody know how to do this (w/ the Rainbow MS-DOS 3.1
version, of course) ?
     
        Also, I recently downloaded a program called "at", which is
like the unix at, but doesn't seem to like the rainbow. It seems to
load OK, but It doesn't execute at the required time. Maybe it's not
reading the time correctly ( I guess I should let ti run for 24 hrs
and see what happens.) Anybody have any experience with this ?
