People:
You're missing something about Windows - Suitable Solutions has
announced (at least according to George Theall's message) Windows/286.
Therefore, since the only way to get a 286 is to buy Turbow, it would appear
that you need Turbow to run the announced product, no?

The maverick "escaped" Windows for the Rainbow was indeed a 1.0x.0x and
runnable on any 80x86/8, but Windows/286 required a 286! Can someone who has
a copy of the announcement from Rainbow News in front of them please verify
this?

Well, I guess I got it wrong. I could have sworn that you needed a 286 for
Windows/286 (I mean, it SOUNDS plausible, doesn't it?). In any case, I stand
corrected. According to the published sources, it would appear that
Windows/286 should run on a non-Turbow Rainbow.
