Ok, I just purchased a Rainbow pc100 with computer & monitor but nothing else. I have no ideal how to proceed to get this machine up and running. What types of things can be done with a Rainbow. What OS (s) does it run. Are there any ftp sites that contain pd software for them. I would love to run MSDOS programs on it, what do I need to do this? I also have an old st506 hardrive, what do I need to do to connect it? I am really interesed in a good vt220 emulator with x,y,z, or kermit file xfer protocals... Editors, Word processors, Spead Sheets, Databasses, Compilers, and the list goes on and on... What about hardware expansion, RAM, Color monitors, ect... What is needed and what is available?
