A while ago I bought a model A Rainbow for parts. In it I found a board which I think is a memory board but I have seen nothing like it before. It is a two tiered card marked MLI-0 06-84. The two cards are then individually labeled ASSY 10790A and ASSY 10791. The 10791 card is 7" x 2" and contains 36 chips marked TMS4164-20ML P8310 directly soldered to the board. This card is attached to the 10790A card which contains 27 chips labeled MN4164P 431-15 mounted in IC sockets and assorted other chips. The 10790A card is 10" x 2" and has an edge connector for plugging into the memory slot on the Rainbow's mother board. My problem is that there is a 4 wire jumper cable that comes off this board and looks as though it should plug in on the mother board somewhere. The jumper cable comes off a position marked J4 and terminates in a plug which looks as though it fits on top of a chip. Does anyone know who made this board and where this jumper cable should go?
