[comp.sys.dec.micro] How does PolyXFR work on the Pro-300??

I recently was given a pile of disks by an office which was 
discontinuing use of all its Pro-350 computers in favor of
MSDOS.  One of the disks was PolyXFR, a comm program which
I was told can do kermit file transfers.  Although I have
been able to go into the program and use it as a terminal
I cannot figure out how to give the program commands.  There
was no documentation for this disk.  Is there anyone who uses
or is familiar with PolyXFR who can give me any help?  I
particularly need to know how to do file transfers with it.
