Diagrams. These are referred to on page 3-12 of the Rainbow Technical Manual Addendum for Models PC100A, PC100B, and Rainbow 100+ (EK-RB100-TM-100) as being "on a set of 11 sheets of schematics. The drawing number for the set is D-CS-5416206-0-1." On 2-19-91, I called 1-800-DIGITAL and spoke to a very helpful and courteous person named 'Mary'. At that point, as I recall the part numbers for the 100A and 100B Field Maintenance Print sets were the same: MP-01491-00 (I have one set in front of me now - given to me by a colleague). 'Mary' promised to research this and to call back, 'probably not today'. Soon, 'Cathy Crawford' called and promised to look for the print set. Also I was referred to IRUG and to Corporate Customer Assistance 508-493-7161 (I didn't call them). Then 'Chuck Greenwood' of the part Number Assistance Group called (603-884-5000). I was told that the drawing set for the PC100B was MP-01722-01. Using triple redundancy, I was told that the part number of the PC100B drawing set was MP-01722-01; and again, MP-01722-01. Messages do get garbled. The price is $355.00 per set which is a bit steep for me - I'll buy a set if I win the lottery. Delivery is in two weeks. I don't believe that figure of $355 would cover the cost of getting the part number and don't sue me if I made a mistake. I called IRUG and spoke to Carolyn Mack who, somehow, magically had the same part number but a lower price. Thought you might be interested. Josh
