OK, I fold. Under 3.1 I had windows 3.0 running in enhanced mode with
QEMM. When I upgrade to 4.0, no luck. Everything works fine when I use
HIMEM.SYS, but not QEMM. I've tried QEMM 5.10, 5.11, and 5.12 with no
luck. I've tried both Windows 3.0 and 3.0a...
What's really aggravating is to copy my hard disk to a Zenith 386 SX, reboot
and the thing works fine. I'm about half tempted to box up the stupid DEC
PC's and ship 'em back and go buy a Zenith. Please save me from this
last desparate act... Heck, just mail me your config.sys/autoexec/win.ini
and I'll sludge through those...
