[comp.sys.ibm.pc.rt] Problems with X11R3 on 4.3 RT

 I ftp'd the core distribution off expo.lcs.mit.edu and applied
 patches 1-9.  I did a make "world" and "install" without any errors.

  I thought this was going to work right out of the can (it does on
  the Sun3, Sun4, Sun386 and MicroVax) ...

  I tried /bin/hc1.4, but then it would not even compile.

Yes, well, the RT portion of the X11R3 tape is certainly the worst I've had to
deal with. We've got a pretty decent server running now though -- pick up the
patches that Richard Draves posted to comp.windows.x.
