The AT&T C++ is implemented as a preprocessor whose output gets feed to the standard C compiler. A better choice might be the Free Software Foundation's G++. Unfortunately this would require someone to port FSF's GCC to run on the RTs under 4.3. Has anyone out ther done this yet? -- Dan Ehrlich <ehrlich@shire.cs.psu.edu> | Disclaimer: The opinions expressed are The Pennsylvania State University | my own, and should not be attributed Department of Computer Science | to anyone else, living or dead.
