Hi, netlanders. IBM was so nice to loan us an IBM RT PC 6150 for porting our business application to it. The problem I'm stuck with is that the clocal flag in the termio structure does not seem to be stable. Examing it from an other terminal actually changes it. Just opnening the tty can change the clocal value. Repeat by: ___________________________________________________ $ stty speed 19200 baud; -parity hupcl brkint -inpck -istrip icrnl -ixany ixoff onlcr tab3 echo echoe echok $ stty clocal $ stty speed 19200 baud; -parity hupcl clocal brkint -inpck -istrip icrnl -ixany ixoff onlcr tab3 echo echoe echok $ <`tty` $ stty speed 19200 baud; -parity hupcl brkint -inpck -istrip icrnl -ixany ixoff onlcr tab3 echo echoe echok ___________________________________________________ This is on a tty that was created specifying "dvam 1" in the /etc/devices. When "dvam 0" is specified, it works the other way around.
