Hey everyone.
Thanks for everyone that replied. I installed my device drivers
over the weekend and followed all the instructions. Unfortunately
I now get a different error. First off let me say i ran the
diagnostics programs which tested the card and connection and
it passed with no problems. So it must not like the default
settings I used?
I say:
telnet ###.###.###.### (I just try a machine on campus here that I know is up)
and get:
Trying...
net0: transmit timeout 8200: shutting down device
then, just to be a pain I try again to see what it says:
telnet: connect: no route to host.
Any suggestions? I can only assume that it's in the device driver
settings now (i have matched the jumper on the board with the interupt
level)

PS, I have ordered the TCPIP manuals, but I'd rather not have to wait for them.

My settings: rsa : 98000 res : 99fff brsa: 9a000 brea: 9ffff il1 : 3 I suspect these do not match the board. Also, some settings will not work. These work for me, so I suggest you try them.
