A while back, a co-worker came up with a neat idea which I thought I'd pass on. One of the problems with the desk top RT is that it holds only one disk, which if you use space like some of us is insufficient. Anyway, take a PC expansion unit (of which there are many around) stuff a couple of Wren Vs in it, and build a new cable using the disk cable from a floor model. All of the sudden the desktop is more acceptable. Two hints: 1) the expansion chassis will not run without the stupid card (even though nothing gets connected to it). 2) it might be a good idea to get some shielding for the part of the cable which is outside of the two boxes (although this is not necessary unless you have neighbors who complain about RF :) You might think that the expansion chassis with a 100W power supply was designed for the Wren which requires about 50W if I remember right.
