Having just received access to an RT, we seem to be having lots of trouble setting it up. Whether or not it is a hardware failure or some mistake of mine is beyond me but I'm hoping to find out. The VRM (Virtual Resource Manager) goes on fine, as well as the Installation diskette but when I go to install the AIX/RT Operating System Base Systems Program(s) it fails. The error is as follows: No Space on Dev 0,0 Restore has reached 0 free space on current minidisk Restore out of space... Now I would read this to be a problem with the setup for the size of the minidisk, but no matter what combination I try, I end up with the same error. Also, to make things more difficult, even without changing the size of the mini-disks and running it, it does not 'blow-up' in the same spot. Am I doing something extremely wrong or is this thing due to be shipped back to IBM for some repairs. Any help is appreciated.
