[comp.sys.ibm.pc.rt] Disk Drive Replaced

Thanks to all of you who responded to my question.  I ended
up calling 1-800-IBM-SERV, and having the repairman come
out and figure it out; not bad, since IBM owns our research
machines, and they payed for the visit.  :-)  The problem
was a bad disk dive  --  what part of it, I don't know.
