[comp.sys.ibm.pc.rt] smit.log and smit.script files

Is there any way to have the system not dump these files
everytime a user goes into SMIT?

Thanks.

There are two options that I am aware of:

    1) link ~/smit.log and ~/smit.script to /dev/null

       or

    2) start SMIT with the flags "-l /dev/null -s /dev/null"

Either way, SMIT is still dumping the data, it is just going to the
  bit bucket.
