In response to my message to the pcip mail box I have received numerous replies with offers of help concerning my questions about installing an ethernet/broad- band communications architecture at my alma mater. To facilitate further exchange of ideas the system administrator at East Stroudsburg University asked me to find out how he could get on this mail list i.e. what communications capabilities are required, what costs if any and any other pertinent information.
