I have written a driver for the CMU version of PC/IP which uses FTP's packet driver interface. (This is the client side of the interface. Typically the server side of the interface is provided by the board vendor.) I am willing to distribute the source code if anyone is interested. The license is essentially the same as imposed by MIT and CMU, ie, you can do almost anything you want as long as you give credit where it is due and accept the code "as is."
